The House Transportation Committee has taken back the language it inserted to help MARTA in SB 520. The committee took the bill back and removed the language to end the 50/50 restriction for MARTA and limit the board to only paying jurisdictions. Now the bill only reinstates the Intermodal division in the Georgia Department of Transportation.
